Hi everyone,

Welcome to the first edition of my newsletter! I’m thrilled to have you here. Today, I want to share a personal story about why it took me so long to start this newsletter and the lessons I learned along the way.

It all began with a conversation with Dr. Aniruddha Malpani, our investor, who encouraged me to start sharing my journey. Despite wanting to do this for a long time, I found myself constantly overthinking—whether it was choosing the perfect platform, designing a fancy layout, or waiting for the “right” moment. The result? Procrastination.

But here’s what I’ve learned:

1. Just get started. We often wait for everything to be perfect, but the truth is, perfection is the enemy of progress. Whether you’re launching a startup, starting a new project, or even writing a newsletter, taking that first step is crucial.

2. Embrace imperfection. There’s always room for improvement. What matters is that you begin and iterate as you go.

3. Commitment matters. Making a commitment can be a powerful motivator. It was my commitment to Dr. Malpani and the realisation that I had so much to share that finally pushed me to start.

These lessons aren’t just for newsletters—they apply to startups, a new coding project, and many areas of life. If there’s something you’ve been putting off, I hope this encourages you to take that leap.

Thank you for joining me on this journey. I’m excited to share more with you in the coming editions!

Warm regards,
Adarsh
